Buttercream Frosting

buttercream frosting 3 ¾ cup C&H Powdered Sugar (1 lb. box)
½ cup butter (1 stick), softened
3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer at low speed to combine sugar, butter, milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until creamy. If desired, add more milk until frosting is spreading consistency.

Makes enough to fill and frost a two layer cake, 13x9 2-inch sheet cake or 25 cupcakes.
