Chili Con Carne

Chili Con Carne 1 lb. ground beef
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans
1 can tomatoes (2 cups)
1 medium onion, diced
2 Tbsp. Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flax & Ancient Grains All-Purpose Flour
1 small garlic clove, whole
2 Tbsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt

Cook ground beef in a skillet until it starts to brown.
Add the beans, onion and tomatoes. Stir well.

Mix in the PG GF Flax AP Flour, garlic clove, chili powder, cumin and salt with the ground beef. Stir well. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove the garlic clove and serve.
