Yummy Gluten-Free Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
gluten free apple crisp 4 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
½ cup walnuts, or nut of choice
½ cup pecans, or nut of choice
½ cup brown sugar
˝ cup Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flax & Ancient Grains All-Purpose Flour
4 Tbsp. butter, diced
1 pinch of salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place apples in a pie pan and dust with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

In a food processor, chop walnuts and pecans (or nuts of choice) with a few short pulses.
Pour in sugar and flour and process until combined.
Add butter and salt and process until mixture looks like coarse meal.

Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
