Lindsay's Gluten Free Pasta

gluten free  pasta 1 cup Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flax & Ancient Grains All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. fine sea salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. warm water
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (room temperature)

In medium bowl, blend together flour, salt and baking powder.

Set aside ½ to 1 cup PG GF Flax AP Flour near your work area

In small bowl, mix together egg, oil, water and apple cider vinegar. It is best to make two batches of liquid ingredients, in case you need more.

Add 1 tablespoon at a time of liquid mixture to the flour mixture.

Use set aside flour to make dough light and workable. Flour the working area and roll out the dough. Divide and roll into balls for pasta machine or press out dough with hands or roller and cut with knife coated with flour.
