Hamburger Goo
Makes 6 sandwiches.

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup cut up celery
½ cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
½ tsp. dry mustard
¾ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flax & Ancient Grains All-Purpose Flour
6 gluten free sandwich buns

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef; drain off liquids.
Add the celery, onion, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and ketchup; mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle in the PG GF Flax AP Flour and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve on gluten free sandwich buns.
