Baked Pork Chops – Sweet and Sassy

Ingredients:

½ cup Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. coarse sea salt
1 Tbsp. ground chipotle chile
1 Tbsp. ground dried mild to hot red chile
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sugar
4 – 8-10 oz. bone-in center-cut pork chops, ¾ inch thick
Nonstick cooking spray
Barbecue sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.Mix together all dry ingredients in small bowl or pie pan.Dredge the pork chops in dry mixture and place in greased baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil for last 10 minutes of baking.Serve immediately or keep warm until ready to serve.
