Banana Apple Blonde Brownie


1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 eggs

2 bananas, mashed
4 oz. applesauce
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 1/2 cups Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease 8×8 baking pan.
In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, bananas and applesauce until well mixed.
Mix in the vanilla and sour cream.
Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Gently fold in slivered almonds.
Pour into pan and sprinkle with Dash O’ Flax. Bake for 45 minutes. For last 20 minutes, cover with tinfoil. Watch carefully. When toothpick comes out clean it is ready. Enjoy!
