Banana Muffin

Ingredients:

debbie kay's banana muffin1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3 tsp. milk
2 cups Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
1 cup sugar
3 medium mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. soda
1 dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.Mix all ingredients together. Spoon batter into each cup, filling 2/3 full.Bake for 15-18 minutes until a light golden brown. Cool and serve.
