Country Cauliflower Cheese Gratin
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, finely grated
3 Tbsp. Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt & black pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Trim the cauliflower and break into small florets. Boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain the cauliflower and place in buttered ovenproof baking dish
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until brown and bubbling. Serve immediately.
