Makes 12 muffins.
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Premium Gold Gluten Free
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flax meal
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup natural bran
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 cup raisins
2 whole oranges (washed, quartered, and seeded)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, flax meal, bran, baking powderand salt. Set aside.In a blender or food processor, combine oranges, brown sugar, buttermilk, oil, eggs and baking soda. Blend well. Pour orange mixture into dry ingredients. Mix until blended. Stir in raisins. Fill muffin cups almost to the top.Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing for cooling.
