Flaxseed Energy Bread
This recipe was sent to us compliments of a Premium Gold® customer that buys our medium course, organic milled flaxseed.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cold water
5 egg whites
3 packets Stevia
2 cups Premium Gold® Medium Coarse Flaxseed
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1/2 cup chopped dates (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.Mix water, egg whitesand Stevia until just blended.
Add flaxseed and baking powder, working fast withrubber spatula.
Fold in walnuts, dried fruitand dates.
Spray bread loaf pan, pour indough and form a loaf.
Bake 45 minutes.
Tastes good as is, or enjoy with butter, jam or jelly.
