German Apple Cake
Ingredients:

½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 cups Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
2½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.Place apples in lightly salted water
