Donna Mae’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:

2/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil or shortening
2/3 cup butter
1
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup nuts chopped (if desired)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Cream together the shortening, butter
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
