Gluten Free Sweet Pie Crust


1 cup Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour 
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 stick sweet cream butter, room temperature
1 egg, room temperature

Lightly grease a 9″ pie pan. Whisk together the dry ingredients. Work in the remaining ingredients.
Shape dough into round ball and press into 9″ pie pan. You may also roll out the dough on lightly floured wax paper or plastic wrap, pie mat or table top. Fill and bake as directed by your pie recipe. Baking times vary by type of pie and volume.

To pre-bake without filling, preheat the oven to 375°F. Line the bottom with pie weights, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the weights, and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, till the crust is a light golden brown. To keep the crust from burning tent with tinfoil.
