Lindsay’s Gluten Free Pasta


1 cup Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
½ tsp. fine sea salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. warm water
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (room temperature)

In medium bowl, blend together flour, salt and baking powder.In small bowl, mix together egg, oil, water and apple cider vinegar.

Place flour in a large bowl. Place a crater in the flour large enough to add the liquid. With a fork slowly incorporate the flour into the liquid mixture. Mix and kneed until mixed thoroughly.

Use set aside flour to make dough light and workable. Flour the working area and roll out the dough. Divide and roll into balls for pasta machine or press out dough with hands or roller and cut with knife coated with flour.
