Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
1 1/3 cups Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
½ tsp. fine salt
½ cup water, very warm
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.In large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Form a ball, lightly oil the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and place in

¼ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup diced petite tomatoes, canned, or 8 oz. of your favorite pizza sauce
Spread sauce over prepared dough. Add toppings. Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake 15 -17 minutes.
