Quick and Easy Pizza Crust


1 1/3 cups Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
½ tsp. italian seasoning herb blend
½ tsp. fine salt
½ cup water, very warm
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.In large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Form a ball, lightly oil the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and place in warm area for 20 minutes.Use all dough for 12 inch pizza pan; drizzle 2 Tbsp. olive oil over pan.

Wet hands with water or oil, and pat hands with gluten free flour. Place plastic wrap over dough. Press from center, working out and around the pan, moving dough up the side for crust and back and forth from the center for even placement.

For sauce, mix together:
¼ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup diced petite tomatoes, canned, or 8 oz. of your favorite pizza sauce

Spread sauce over prepared dough. Add toppings. Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake 15 -17 minutes.
