My GF bread issues blossomed during the pandemic when the availability and cost of store GF bread (mostly awful at best) was unsupportable.
At the suggestion of a friend I obtained a bread machine and via

After tweaking the recipe in the machine's enclosed booklet for my local elevation (6500 ft) and substituting .5 lb Bob's Mill GF flour, my bread maker produced an amazing multi grain loaf that is the best GF I've ever tasted. I speak from a 25 year experience of running a restaurant kitchen with home baked bread, years of home Sour Dough baking as well. I've been a believer in your flour ever since and can't imagine life without it. My health is the best it's ever been in 83 years.
