I've had a problem with my order

I ordered my items a few days ago but they haven't shipped yet
- Any orders for products placed after 12:00PM on weekdays will not ship until the following day.
- Any orders for products placed after 12:00PM on Friday will not ship until the following day.
My order has not arrived yet, how do I locate it?
- The easiest way to locate your shipment is to retrieve your order confirmation email and click view order status.
- If your order has shipped, you should be able to see your tracking number. Click on this number to view your tracking information on the carrier's website.
