We aim to deliver you your packages in a timely manner and in a safe and enjoyable condition. If you are unhappy with your order, receive damaged product, or have questions, please contact us via email at: info@premiumgoldflax.com and we’d be happy to assist you.
Premium Gold is happy to offer refunds on returned orders that meet the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be unopened and in their original product packaging.
- Customers must contact Premium Gold within seven (7) week days of tracked delivery date by email at info@premiumgoldflax.com to initiate a return.
- Item(s) must be shipped back within fourteen (14) week days of the tracked delivery date.

After a return is processed, customers will be refunded for the underlying value of the good(s) returned.
Customers will not be refunded for any shipping fees already paid. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and we recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the products until we receive them.
