Premium Gold is happy to offer refunds on returned orders that meet the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be unopened and in their original product packaging.
- Customers must contact Premium Gold within seven (7) week days of tracked delivery date by email at info@premiumgoldflax.com to initiate a return.
- Item(s) must be shipped back within fourteen (14) week days of the tracked delivery date.

After A Return Is Processed
After a return is processed, customers will be refunded for the underlying value of the good(s) returned.
Customers will not be refunded for any shipping fees already paid. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and we recommend shipping the return product using a trackable shipping method as the customer will be responsible for the products until Premium Gold receives them.
