Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Premium Gold Natural White Fonio
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, plus more as needed
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

- Maple syrup or honey, to taste
Instructions
- Combine the fonio, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a medium saucepan.

- Divide the porridge between two bowls. Top with blueberries and toasted almonds, then drizzle with maple syrup or honey to taste.
Recipe Notes
· Frozen blueberries may be stirred directly into the porridge during the final minute of cooking or warmed separately before serving.
· For added texture, finish each bowl with coconut flakes, chia seeds, almond butter, or your favorite seasonal fruit.
Leftover porridge can be refrigerated in a covered container for up to three days. Reheat gently with an extra splash of almond milk.
