I love Premium Gold's products and I sometimes buy the find ground because it makes our waffles so much more delicate and soft. Truly is the best flaxseed available. Other brands I have to regrind finer to bake or cook with it. This one is just right as ground!

As always, Premium Gold is my only brand I use for ground golden flaxseed. It gives the best taste and texture to my baked goods. And now I have a delicious bread bun that I make with this and coconut flour! It's perfect and wonderful to have a healthy option for bread.
