Ingredients
- 2 cups Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp. salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ¾ cup milk
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. muffin pan with paper liners.
- Coat each with cooking spray a large bowl
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg salt. Stir in bananas, milk, butter egg. Mix just until blended. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Fill muffin cups evenly with batter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon 20-22 until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and remove to wire rack.
