Premium Gold Gluten Free Whole Grain Sandwich Bread for Breadmaker

*Quick Cycle for 2 lb loaf and dark crust  or Gluten Free Cycle on machine 2 lb loaf and dark crust        

 

  Ingredients

  • 1 – 5 lb loaf   2 cups warm water 150 F 4 large eggs to equal ¾ cup
  • ¼ cup oil plus + 2 TBS oil of choice, prefer not olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt 3 TBS sugar.
  • 3 TBS nondairy creamer powdered or dry powdered buttermilk or nonfat powdered milk. 3 ½ cups   Premium Gold Gluten Free: Flax & Ancient Grain All -Purpose Flour ( whisked first than measure, strike off level).
  • 2 ½ tsp active dry yeast

Instructions: Please follow exactly.

  1. Make sure all ingredients are room temperature. 
  2. Whisk together liquid ingredients until very smooth.
  3. For loaf pan recipe add the yeast to the hot water 120 F.  plus 2 tbls flour.  Let rest 10 -11 minutes.
  4. Then add to bowl for hand mixing or to electric mixing bowl is best.
  5. Pour dry ingredients on top of wet. 
  6. Make a small well on the top middle of the dry ingredients and then add yeast. (YEAST CAN NOT TOUCH THE LIQUID)

SET YOUR BREAD MACHINE AND WALK AWAY
