When either used as a stand alone GF flour or blended with other GF flour, this product takes your baked goods to the next level. It becomes very hard to distinguish the final product between GF or conventional wheat baking results.
I have a small business making dog treats and this is the ONLY flour I use!!! All my customers love that it is Allergen free for their pups! I have used other flour but, nothing beats this flour!!! I did have to raise the price of my treats due to the increase in the flour price.
I love the PG Ancient Grains GF flour. It is healthy and makes delicious “everything.” I’ve been using this flour for ?10 years and never want to be without it. I use it for cakes, muffins, scones, pancakes, and cookies. It works well as a thickener in soups and sauces as well. Thank you, thank you for making this wonderful blend.
