I've been baking for 55 years now. Most of that was wheat (wheat farmer family) and then found I was allergic! Tried to make my own mix for a few years and found some mixes that worked pretty good. I found this locally once upon a time and fell in love with it. I sometimes add a bit of other grains like teff, sorghum, chia to add zest. It makes a great loaf and really good cinnamon rolls! I find, however, that I have to make all recipe's a bit wetter than wheat recipe's. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong!

This gf flour is expensive, yet I continue to choose it because it never fails to produce ideal outcomes. Whether the recipe should be chewy or crispy, it always turns out just right. Nutritious, too!
I am hypothyroid and don't use wheat flour. I've tried a few different gluten free flours and some are fine but if you want more flavor and more healthy ingredients in your flour try Premium Gold. I've tried the suggested recipes and love them. Even my husband asks for them. I will use this as long as I can get it.

I am not Celiac, so I can't say whether or not this flour will trigger any Celiac reactions. I avoid gluten for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. This flour works well as a 1:1 replacement for wheat flour in most recipes I have tried. I am working on using it to make a gluten free sourdough starter and it seems to be working well.
I have been recently been diagnosed to gluten intolerant and have been converting over gluten free products. My hubby bakes all our bread for our house and has been using this flour. He has made a regular bread loaf and banana bread. They have turned out very well and the taste was surprisingly good! We are very pleased to have found such a great alternative!
