2 TABLESPOONS (IN OATMEAL, ANY OTHER FOOD, OR JUICE, I TAKE MINE IN VEGGIE JUICE) TWICE A DAY. IN A FEW MONTHS MY DR. ADVISED ME THE FLAXSEED REALLY HAS HELPED MY
KIDNEYS. I'LL CONTINUE TAKING IT.

I’ve been using this product from your company for a few years. I like that it mixes easily doesn’t change the taste of my shakes . I also like that it lasts so long on the shelf.
I think this is the best flax available and use it daily.
I do prefer the more course grind that used to be available, though. It had more crunch and my family liked that it was chewier. The finely ground flax is not as toothsome.
This is an excellent product . We use it every day. It is easy and convenient to order, and it is fairly priced.
I mixed 4 T Flax seed 1 egg 1/2tsp baking powder in a coffee cup and microwave 90 seconds for a gluten free bun. My hair nails and skin love it! I would never buy the competition again.
