I'm starting to see the results I was looking for with the coarser ground flaxseeds over the flax meal I had been using in my program to include more fiber in my diet.
I have been buying several 4# bags of Organic Medium Ground Golden Flaxseed every six months for many years direct from the farm. I take 4 Tablespoons with lots of water everyday. I do this for health reasons which I feel strongly about. Great stuff for sure...trust me!
