I grind my flax finer and premium gold seems pure and is easy to grind. They are US grown and ship quickly for a great price. The best ground flax grown and distributed.
I have been buying this product for yrs, I know where it's coming from as far as grown and processed, love that it is truly gluten free since I have celiac disease. Has nice flavor, I use daily on my cereal. Great for extra fiber. I have tried other brands this is my favorite
A quality product that I've used for a few years now.
I like the medium grind better than a fine grind. I would like it to be even more coarse than this grind is. It works better for me. The medium grind I used to get from you several years ago was more coarse than this is.
I love the nutrition profile for my breakfast shakes and convenience:-)
