This is the best gluten free flour that I have tried. We made the banana muffin recipe on the bag and they are delicious. My husband says that this recipe is a 10! Thank-you for a fantastic product.

  2. Jennifer

I’ve tried several gluten free flours in the past, but this is the best, in my opinion. I keep mine in the freezer because I don’t bake often; it stays fresh that way.

  3. Emily

We make homemade chocolate chip cookies with this flour and they are just as good, if not better, than with regular flour.

  4. Jan of Dundas

Allergic to gluten for the past seven years and newly allergic to oats. This is the best general flour and Ihave tried them all plus have made my own. Taste and texture is superb.

  5. Dionna Fletcher

I have tried ALL of the GF flours and this is the ONLY one that is actually for “all-purposes”. I have to picky with what GF flours i used for certain things except for Premium Gold.

  6. Christie Todd

I love this flour! I don’t have a gluten intolerance, but regular all purpose flour isn’t particularly good for me anyway, and I’m so glad I stumbled across Premium Gold! Even my Christmas cookies don’t suffer in my opinion. I hope this is around forever!!!

I bought the Premium Gold from Costco in Missoula several years ago they quit carrying it. Premium Gold is the BEST gluten Free Four I have ever used.

  9. Linda Irene McCann

I love this flour. I don’t have a gluten problem but bought it as it seemed a smarter choice than wheat flour. It’s a little “earthy” so I’ve been adding one cup of it to three cups of all purpose for my sourdough bread. It’s yummy. And lends itself well to sourdough.

I found this at a local supermarket (not a big chain) by chance, and I’m so glad I did. I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten-free. Most GF flours are okay. My baked goods are reasonably tasty and have a good-enough texture — for a day or so. Then, they are blah. Also, with other GF flours, the texture is always a bit grainy, even when the baked item is right out of the oven.

With this flour, though, the texture is really good and stays that way. No graininess, hurrah. I made the banana muffins recipe on the back of the bag but modified it a little. I halved it and made it into a banana bread. It took a little longer to bake, of course, but I just used my thermometer to time the bake.

It tasted great not just the day I made it but also a few days later. I am so glad I found this flour. Thank you!!

I used this flour in your gluten free flax and oat bread recipe. It came our great. I did tweak the recipe though, adding 1 cup sourdough starter and decreasing oat flour and flax flour and milk. Added extra NFD milk powder, used 2 eggs instead of egg whites and yolk, added 2 tsp dough conditioner, and 1 Tablespoon of psyllium husk powder. Awesome. Did not cave in and tastes great. Best loaf of bread I have made. Decreased butter to 4 Tablespoons.

This is the BEST GF flour out there!!! Hands down! I’m done looking – this is the only one I use. I use for all baking and everything come out great!! NOBODY can tell my cookies, cakes, bread, etc are GF. So now I don’t have to make 2 of everything! YEAH! If you miss the flavor of “wheat” this will be your best friend. Even though it’s GF it has a wonderful texture way better than white flours. Thank you for a super great product!

I went through the whole bag pretty quick, because it was awesome to have something that could make about anything with it. Made pancakes and cobblers with it. My family loves it.

  14. Princess DeCicco

I have been GF for over 10 years, have tried every flour blend there is including making my own blends and this is hands down THE BEST. Particularly because they blend gf flours that are HIGH in nutrition versus flours like potato starch and other starchy flours that are low in nutrition. Thank you for making the BEST gf flour out there. Truly a hidden gem, I found it at Grocery Outlet of all places.

Like others have said, it is the best gluten free flour I’ve ever used and I’ve used quite a few. This one acts more like regular flour and makes wonderful baked goods – the texture and taste are excellent.

THANK YOU! My daughter has celiac disease. She is allergic to peanuts, eggs, corn and has other food allergies. I got my flour from Amazon and made tortillas. They are like wheat tortillas! They do not taste gluten-free. My daughter thanks you too. We can’t eat in restaurants, and she has a limited diet. I appreciate you have a healthy flour blend. Thank you.
