I've been baking for 55 years now. Most of that was wheat (wheat farmer family) and then found I was allergic! Tried to make my own mix for a few years and found some mixes that worked pretty good. I found this locally once upon a time and fell in love with it. I sometimes add a bit of other grains like teff, sorghum, chia to add zest. It makes a great loaf and really good cinnamon rolls! I find, however, that I have to make all recipe's a bit wetter than wheat recipe's. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong!

When I found out I needed to avoid gluten, breakfast was a challenge. After trying numerous flours I found Premium Gold and now I keep both the flour and waffle mix on hand.

Waffles I make and freeze for the week. Frequently make pizza, cakes, and just made cupcakes. They all work for me.

The flax in the ingredients allows me to make these vegan since I am also allergic to egg whites.

I love this brand. I use it daily in my keto non-cream of wheat. I prepackage 15 grams of ground flaxseeds, 15 grams of coconut flour, 3 grams whole psyllium husk, and a pinch of sea salt. Combine in a deep microwaveable bowl, making sure to break up any lumps. Add about 350 ml of nutmilk and stir mashing up any lumps. In a 1000 watt micro oven, I heat it for about 1 min 55 seconds. Add fruit, nuts, or more nutmilk as desired. So yummy!

I mixed 4 T Flax seed 1 egg 1/2tsp baking powder in a coffee cup and microwave 90 seconds for a gluten free bun. My hair nails and skin love it! I would never buy the competition again.

I am hypothyroid and don't use wheat flour. I've tried a few different gluten free flours and some are fine but if you want more flavor and more healthy ingredients in your flour try Premium Gold. I've tried the suggested recipes and love them. Even my husband asks for them. I will use this as long as I can get it.

I love this flour! I have tried just about every brand out there and this is the only one I have found that isn't heavy and pretty much all rice in content. It actually rises when I bake with it (and my sourdough starter LOVES it). It's delicious and does great in everything I've used it for from biscuits to sourdough to brownies, cakes, and crepes!

I think this is an excellent product. I've used it for many years. I find it works best for me to put 2 tablespoons into a glass of water, stir quickly, then drink quick. I do this every night before bed. Next morning, good way to start the day with easy elimination. This method works for me, far easier & more predictable than trying to incorporate into meals & cooking. I really like how fine the flax is milled. I also appreciate that the product stays fresh a very long time without refrigeration. I live in the tropics, but I've never had a problem with spoilage. The ground product stays very fresh & pleasant tasting. All around a very good product.

Began adding it daily to my 3 dogs meals .

Premium Gold Flax is the best! I discovered it several years ago and it has been the only flax I've used since then. I buy it bulk and share with my friend and family. I love that it's Farm to Table and that it doesn't need to be refrigerated.

In the past I’ve purchased your flax seed and loved it. For a period of time I was not able to purchase from you because your sales were out sourced and I’d rather not go that route. Thankfully I check back and discoviyou are selling to individuals again!

I am not Celiac, so I can't say whether or not this flour will trigger any Celiac reactions. I avoid gluten for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. This flour works well as a 1:1 replacement for wheat flour in most recipes I have tried. I am working on using it to make a gluten free sourdough starter and it seems to be working well.
