I am hypothyroid and don't use wheat flour. I've tried a few different gluten free flours and some are fine but if you want more flavor and more healthy ingredients in your flour try Premium Gold. I've tried the suggested recipes and love them. Even my husband asks for them. I will use this as long as I can get it.

I love this flour! I have tried just about every brand out there and this is the only one I have found that isn't heavy and pretty much all rice in content. It actually rises when I bake with it (and my sourdough starter LOVES it). It's delicious and does great in everything I've used it for from biscuits to sourdough to brownies, cakes, and crepes!

I think this is an excellent product. I've used it for many years. I find it works best for me to put 2 tablespoons into a glass of water, stir quickly, then drink quick. I do this every night before bed. Next morning, good way to start the day with easy elimination. This method works for me, far easier & more predictable than trying to incorporate into meals & cooking. I really like how fine the flax is milled. I also appreciate that the product stays fresh a very long time without refrigeration. I live in the tropics, but I've never had a problem with spoilage. The ground product stays very fresh & pleasant tasting. All around a very good product.

Began adding it daily to my 3 dogs meals .

Premium Gold Flax is the best! I discovered it several years ago and it has been the only flax I've used since then. I buy it bulk and share with my friend and family. I love that it's Farm to Table and that it doesn't need to be refrigerated.

In the past I’ve purchased your flax seed and loved it. For a period of time I was not able to purchase from you because your sales were out sourced and I’d rather not go that route. Thankfully I check back and discoviyou are selling to individuals again!
I wasted no time ordering more and love it. Every morning I also grind flax for my dogs breakfast. I can attest that they love it too.

I am not Celiac, so I can't say whether or not this flour will trigger any Celiac reactions. I avoid gluten for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. This flour works well as a 1:1 replacement for wheat flour in most recipes I have tried. I am working on using it to make a gluten free sourdough starter and it seems to be working well.

Tastes better than store bought. Love to support American farmers direct. We have been buying this for years and use every day for breakfast to get some good fiber.

When a member of my family needed to go gluten free this year I sampled several different flours for bread and this was the winner! The basic bread recipe on the website works well in a bread machine with gluten free setting, and the bread has the rich taste of whole wheat bread. Definitely recommend!

Amazon ordered a 25 lb bag of this flour. After tweaking the recipe in the machine's enclosed booklet for my local elevation (6500 ft) and substituting .5 lb Bob's Mill GF flour, my bread maker produced an amazing multi grain loaf that is the best GF I've ever tasted. I speak from a 25 year experience of running a restaurant kitchen with home baked bread, years of home Sour Dough baking as well. I've been a believer in your flour ever since and can't imagine life without it. My health is the best it's ever been in 83 years.
